MisionSAFE

Nominated for a regional Emmy, this public service announcement is about MissionSAFE, a very special place approaching thirty-years of providing a safe and nurturing harbor for some of Boston's most at-risk teens. For kids living with the stress of poverty and violence, MissionSAFE focuses on trauma-resilience strategies, personal growth, education support, and violence prevention strategies. But what I'm most moved by is the love, kindness and acceptance that these  young people get and give, from the staff and from each other.
